Job summary

REGENT.MGT is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead sales operations for the outlet and online/delivery platforms, ensuring smooth daily activities and high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role involves coordinating orders across platforms, analyzing sales data to identify improvements, and working with the team to resolve issues promptly. Flexible hours, overtime may be required, and standing for extended periods is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities at the outlet to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate sales processes on online and delivery platforms to optimize order accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve sales-related issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment and comply with safety standards
• Adapt to flexible working hours including overtime and standing for extended periods as required
• Working hours: 6 days a week with occasional overtime at 1.5x basic pay
• Must be able to stand for long hours if necessary
