Job summary

Charming May Employment Agency Limited Liability Partnership is seeking an Employment Consultant in Singapore. You will understand families’ needs, screen helper profiles and coordinate interviews, taking ownership of enquiries from first contact to confirmed placements.

You will follow up proactively, address concerns, explain services and fees, and maintain accurate records while working toward agreed sales targets. Immediate availability and CEI certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• CEI certificate required or beneficial.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• New to the industry but with drive and willingness to learn welcome.

Join Charming May as an Employment Consultant, with hands-on mentoring from the owners and the opportunity to manage your own customer enquiries. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, follows up consistently and enjoys turning conversations into successful placements. Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage. If you're new to the industry but bring drive, sound judgement and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Understand families' needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers
• Screen helper profiles and coordinate interviews
• Take ownership of enquiries, from first conversation to confirmed placement
• Follow up proactively, address concerns and confidently explain our services and fees
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide placement-related support
• Work towards agreed sales targets while prioritising honest advice and suitable matches

WHAT WE OFFER

• $2,600 monthly basic + performance-based commission
• Hands-on training and direct mentoring from the owners
• Ownership of your customer enquiries
• Salary reviews based on sustained performance and contribution
• Commission applies to eligible completed, fully paid new placements. Full terms will be explained during the interview.

Southbank, near Lavender MRT

5½-day week / 44 working hours

Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm, including a one-hour lunch break

Saturday: Half-day, usually working from home
