You will generate new business, understand employers’ domestic helper requirements, and match candidates, while coordinating interviews and supporting clients through the hiring process.

Ideal candidates have strong sales drive, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• CEI Certificate is required
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Minimum high school qualification or equivalent
• Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or employment agency preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via calls, messaging, email and other channels
• Understand employers’ domestic helper requirements and recommend candidates

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our employment agency team.

You will be responsible for generating new business, understanding employers’ domestic helper requirements, recommending suitable candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting clients throughout the hiring and deployment process.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys sales, client interaction and working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp/chat, email and other sales channels

• Understand employers’ requirements and recommend suitable domestic helper candidates

• Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and candidates

• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed customers

• Explain agency services, packages, procedures and related requirements clearly to clients

• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers

• Provide after-sales support and assist clients with enquiries after placement

• Maintain accurate customer records, candidate information and sales follow-ups

• Handle all customer and company information with strict confidentiality

• Ensure all activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with relevant regulations and company procedures

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• CEI Certificate is required

• Minimum high school / secondary school qualification or equivalent

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or employment agency industry is preferred

• Strong sales ability with confidence in generating and following up on leads

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented and able to advise clients professionally

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills

• High level of ethics, integrity and compliance awareness

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, WhatsApp and other communication / CRM software

• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets

Preferred

• Previous experience in a maid agency / employment agency

• Existing knowledge of MOM Work Permit and domestic helper recruitment procedures

• Existing customer network or experience handling employer enquiries

• Ability to communicate in more than one language will be an advantage
