Job summary

OSCAR MAIDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a friendly, motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will interact with employers and applicants, recommend suitable domestic helpers, and coordinate interviews.

No Maid Agency experience? Training provided. We reward with basic salary plus attractive commission and opportunities for career progression in a stable, growing industry.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and organised with good follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with sales and customer interaction.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in maid agency, recruitment, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• CEI certification is an advantage.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply — training provided.

• Attend to customer enquiries via walk-in, phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand employers' requirements and recommend suitable domestic helpers.
• Arrange and coordinate helper interviews.
• Follow up with customers and assist with helper selection.
• Handle MDW applications, transfers, renewals and related documentation.
• Assist with Work Permit and MOM-related applications.
• Liaise with employers, helpers and overseas suppliers.
• Provide good after-sales service and follow-up.
• Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
