is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to promote and provide technical support for industrial batteries, lithium-ion battery systems, chargers and related equipment used in forklifts and material-handling applications. The role involves developing new customers in logistics, warehousing and manufacturing sectors, promoting battery solutions, performing site surveys, preparing quotations and conducting on-site tests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial batteries, chargers, forklifts or electrical systems preferred.
• Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
• English proficiency; Mandarin advantageous.

• Install, commission, inspect and test batteries and chargers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to promote and provide

technical support for industrial batteries, lithium-ion battery systems,

chargers and related equipment used in forklifts and material-handling

applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new customers in the logistics, warehousing, manufacturing

and material-handling sectors.

Promote lead-acid batteries, DUROXO lithium-ion batteries, chargers

and related solutions.

Conduct customer visits and site surveys to understand operational

and technical requirements.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, presentations and cost

comparisons.

Follow up on enquiries, projects and sales opportunities.

Build strong relationships with customers, forklift dealers and business

partners.

Achieve assigned sales and gross-profit targets.

Install, commission, inspect and test industrial batteries and chargers.

Diagnose faults involving batteries, chargers, BMS, electrical

connections and CAN communication.

Perform voltage checks, capacity tests, cell balancing and battery

health assessments.

Support lead-acid-to-lithium conversion and retrofit projects.

Carry out preventive maintenance and on-site repairs.

Investigate customer complaints and prepare service reports.

Provide product operation, charging and safety training.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, equipment and follow-up actions.

Comply with company safety procedures and technical requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience in industrial batteries, chargers, forklifts or electrical systems is preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may apply.

Basic understanding of DC electrical systems and electrical measuring tools.

Knowledge of lithium-ion BMS or CAN communication is an advantage.

Good troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.

Sales-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Comfortable performing hands-on work in industrial environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.

English profi ciency is required; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with suppliers in China.

Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
