Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Electrical/Green Energy or related field.
• Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines.
• Good organizing ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support via Google calendar scheduling and BOM-related tasks.
• Generate quotations for clients based on SLD requirements.
• Create Sales Orders to arrange project confirmations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations for smooth project deliveries.
• Maintain records for changes/updates on drawings.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on sales.
• Provide general office administration as required by management.
