Job summary

En-Syst Equipment & Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales/Project Executive to support sales, projects and logistics. The role involves handling customer enquiries, maintaining account plans, and coordinating documentation and deliveries across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in business/marketing/engineering, is PC literate, and has at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on special sales enquiries.
• Prepare and update key customer accounts and plans.
• Market information analysis and support business planning, strategy and execution.
• Keep good records of documentation and monitor deliveries and order board from suppliers/forwarders.
• Update and maintain goods receipt folder for major components arrival.
• Review freight costs.
• Assist Project Engineers on submission of project documents (catalogue submission, OMM, etc).
• Assist Project Engineers on coordination, documentation and execution of projects as required.

Description of the Role:

The Sales/Project Executive must at all times maintain confidentiality of all prices and plans and shall not disclose confidential information without the approval of his/her Manager. The position holder is to provide support in both Sales, Projects and logistics functions. The position holder reports to Sales/Project Manager and must carry out the above duties and responsibilities and be able to work closely with other departments and other functional managers within the organization.

Key Tasks:

1) Sales Functions:

• To Follow up special sales enquiry
• Prepare and update key customer account information and plan.
• Market information analysis.
• Support business planning, strategy and execution.

2) Administration and Logistics Functions:

• Keep good records of documentation
• Monitoring of deliveries/order board from suppliers and forwarders
• Update and maintain goods receipt folder for major components arrival
• Review freight cost

3) Project Function:

• To assist Project Engineers on submission of project documents such as catalogue submission, OMM and etc
• To assist Project Engineers on coordination, documentation and execution of project as and when it is required

Requirements:

Education
