Nailz Haus in Singapore is seeking a Sales/Outlet Manager to lead sales growth, guide a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences within the beauty industry.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations, with a retail schedule from 11am to 8pm. This role offers incentives and growth opportunities in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or skincare industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a proven sales track record.
• Able to commit to retail working hours ie 11am - 8pm.
