Job summary

Nail Spa in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a vibrant team and drive sales in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will oversee daily operations, manage nail technicians and front desk staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with top hygiene standards.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in beauty/nail spa management, a proven sales track record, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum 3 years of beauty & nail spa management experience.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals and managing store operations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including punctual opening and closing of the store

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
