Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately across materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus for coordination with Taiwan HQ.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations: quotations, sales orders, and order revisions.
• Manage import/export processes, coordinate sample distribution and deliveries.
• Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, catalogs and toolkits.
• Provide customer support by coordinating order processing and data accuracy across CRM/ERP.
• Assist with payments, receipting, reimbursements and expense tracking.
