Job summary

Inluxgence Pte Ltd is a leading luxury marketplace seeking a showroom and operations assistant to support product photography, showroom management, and listings across our platforms.

You will help with consignments, display setup, and client service while contributing to a collaborative, customer-centric team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in Luxury/Branded Goods.
• Previous experience in retail operation is a plus.
• Approachability and friendliness are a must.
• Excellent photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and ability to work independently.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5 Working Days).
• Planning to work long term.

Responsibilities

• Take product photos for listings and showroom displays.
• Manage Website and Social Media/Marketplaces Listing.
• Receive, check, and label new consignments.
• Display management in-store and on shelves.
• Arrange product delivery and stock transfers.
• Perform stock counts and inventory management.
• Assist showroom clients during viewing and consignments appointments.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.

Inluxgence Pte Ltd is a leading luxury marketplace offering a curated selection of the finest luxury goods from around the world. We are seeking support for our operations and general showroom activities as we expand our dynamic, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Product photo-taking

• Manage Website and Social Media/Marketplaces Listing

• Receival, checking, and labeling of new consignment items

• Display management

• Arrange product delivery

• Stock Count and Management

• Manning the showroom and assisting clients during viewing & consignment appointments

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the showroom

About you

• Interest in Luxury/Branded Goods

• Previous experience in retail operation, or a similar role, is a plus
