Loveholic Curates Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive team member to support showroom operations and deliver outstanding customer service for luxury pieces.

You will handle packing, product descriptions, stock checks, and social media inquiries, while learning about trendy bags and authenticating items. The role offers on-site hours and opportunities to grow with a small, passionate team.

Qualifications

• Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Enjoy human interactions and build relationships with people.
• Experience in photography, short-form video creation, content writing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers who visit our showroom and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide day-to-day operation support, e.g. pack orders & get them ready for delivery, assess condition of stock that comes in, write clear product descriptions, arrange product display etc.
• Develop a good understanding on products offered by the luxury brands.
• Respond to clients professionally through social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp, Telegram etc.)
• Research and schedule posts on social media as required.

Benefits

• Basic salary (SGD$2600-$2900/per month) + 2 months target bonus, total between SGD$3000-3400/per month
• Office hours: 10am-7pm. 5-day work week. 40 hours per week (4-day work week arrangement can be discussed).
• 14 Days Annual Leave + Public Holiday off
