You will maintain sales materials, schedule appointments, and help drive productivity with strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with offices near Rochor MRT.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales coordination or administrative roles to support sales operations or Sales Executive.
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams and provide leadership within a collaborative environment.
• Proficient computer skills with strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales and customer service.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inquiries and process orders received via website, phone, or email to ensure timely handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service orders and deliveries, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Work with sales, marketing, and delivery departments to streamline communication and resolve queries promptly.
• Contact customers to schedule appointments and maintain current sales materials to support sales effectiveness and productivity.
