Job summary

DTC World Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Project Executive (Sourcing & Procurement) to support sales operations and coordinate cross-department projects in Singapore. The role involves preparing proposals, handling paperwork, and providing administrative sales support.

You will liaise with procurement to secure best prices and terms, monitor project progress, and assist in customer service. A Diploma or higher and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Administrative Sales Support background (entry-level welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Diploma or above required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and paperwork such as quotations, sales orders, and POs.
• Provide administrative support on sales-related tasks, including system maintenance.
• Assist in customer service and liaise with customers directly when needed.
• Work with Procurement to obtain best price and terms to close sales.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues; take corrective actions as needed.
• Arrange delivery including DDP / samples to customers.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
• Source and handle local orders and international orders where there is no local office.
• Provide artwork briefs from sales to design team and follow up on artwork status.
• Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment and ensure timely processing.
• Perform any ad hoc related tasks.
