Job summary

DTC World is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive client engagement across Asia. You will identify client needs, prepare proposals, and manage projects from concept to delivery, partnering with procurement and design teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and propose merchandise solutions.
• Prepare quotations, presentations and sales proposals.
• Build and manage relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Procurement Team to source products at competitive terms.
• Work with Design Team to brief requirements and artwork.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth execution.
• Manage and track sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns.
• Assist with local and overseas sourcing when necessary.
