Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support sales and retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. You will work closely with sales and retail teams on store projects, communications and operational issues.

Responsibilities include coordinating targets, reports, incentives, lease administration and vendor coordination, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. A diploma or bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in sales or retail operations, with at least 2 in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/MICROS preferred.
• English and local language proficiency required.
• Detail-oriented with strong service mindset and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales operations activities, including targets, performance reports and incentives.
• Manage internal communications platforms and content distribution.
• Lead new retail project launches and manage store openings/relocations.
• Provide lease administration support and liaise with landlords.
• Support store teams on operational matters, travel, licences and requisitions.
• Support framework orders, PO creation, invoices, DHL, inventory, loss prevention, vendors.
• Maintain store process docs and share best practices.
