Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a multinational automotive company to hire a Sales Operations Executive (Account Management) to support regional aftersales parts operations across Asia. You will manage regional distributor and customer accounts, analyze sales performance, and coordinate supply chain activities to drive growth and satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in supply chain or sales operations, hands-on SAP experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Formación

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, sales operations or B2B customer account management.
• Good understanding of order fulfilment, inventory management, logistics processes and Incoterms.
• Hands-on SAP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data, engage customers and recommend improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage regional distributor and customer accounts, supporting sales performance, order fulfilment and customer relationships.
• Analyse sales trends, customer ordering patterns and inventory levels to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with regional customers, Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely parts availability and deliveries.
• Proactively advise customers on stock availability, supply status and lead times while resolving operational issues.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards and presentations to support business reviews and management decisions.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales performance, supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the automotive industry to hire a Sales Operations Executive (Account Management) to support regional aftersales parts operations across Asia. The role focuses on managing regional distributor accounts, analysing sales performance and coordinating supply chain operations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time


• Location: Central Region


• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm (staggered hours & WFH available)


• Salary Package: Up to $4,400 + Bonuses


• Regional Travel: Approximately 2-3 days per month

The Job:
