Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive in Singapore. This role involves developing new business leads, handling sales enquiries, and coordinating with various teams to deliver optimal solutions for customers.

Candidates must have at least an ‘O’ level qualification, be proficient in MS Office, and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. The position offers a salary range of $2,800 - $3,800 with additional bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business development leads with existing and new customers.
• Attend to sales enquiries and generate quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and monitor shipments schedules.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering & Quality teams.
• Ensure proper records of sales-related documents.
• Perform other related sales duties as assigned.

• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,800 - $3,800 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business development leads with existing and new customers
• Attend to Sales enquiries, generation of quotation
• Follow up quotation, Monitoring samples & Shipments schedules
• Work closely with Operation, Engineering & Quality teams to offer the best solutions for customers
• Ensuring proper records of sales-related documents (quotation, customer enquiries and other relevant documents)
• Any other related sales duties assigned by management

• Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (able to communicate effectively with our Chinese business associates)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills with forward-thinking attitude
