Job summary

Superform Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify sales opportunities and achieve orders and revenue targets across local and regional accounts.

The role requires 2-3 years in sales/marketing, a diploma/degree, strong communication, and willingness to travel in South East Asia, with a valid Singapore driving license. Salary is up to SGD 3,600 monthly, plus transport, AWS, VB, and 10 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in stamping/production or surface finishing industries.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal departments.
• Result-oriented, motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to South East Asia and hold a valid Singapore driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify Sales opportunities and achieve Orders and Revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, and inter-departments.
• Organize customers’ visits, events and conduct corporate presentations.
• Develop and manage distribution channels including new leads.
• Qualify and present to prospects, sales negotiations.
• Develop and execute action plans with internal department PICs.
• Coordinate Pre-Sales activities and Post-Sales follow-up.
• Support marketing activities such as e-commerce, exhibitions, brochures.
• Support proposals and quotations to customers’ RFQs/RFIs.
• Lead marketing projects and collaborate with team on related tasks.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 7.50 am to 4.55 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify Sales opportunities and achieve Orders and Revenue targets
• Cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, and inter-departments
• Organize customers’ visits, events and conduct Corporate presentations
• Develop and manage distribution channels and including new leads
• Qualify and present to prospects, sales negotiations
• Develop and execute action plans with internal department PICs
• Co-ordinate Pre-Sales activities and Post-Sales follow-up
• Support marketing activities such as e-commerce, exhibition, brochures
• Support proposals and quotation submission to customers’ RFQs, RFIs
• Others related to Marketing activities & able to handle projects as team lead PIC

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of sales & marketing experience, prefer candidates with stamping house manufacturing/plastic & metal injection molding or surface finishing industry background
• Strong communication skills with customer and internal department focus
• Result-oriented, motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• More importantly, possess a high sense of responsibility & teamwork spirit; confidence & willingness to work efficiently under pressure
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license
• Able to travel to South East Asia and willing to attend seminars related to surface finishing, including local
