Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent office administrator to support sales, finance and operations in Singapore. You will assist in tender preparation, quotations, and customer follow-ups, while maintaining project records and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, good communication, and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. On-site work in Singapore with occasional ISO-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• AutoCAD drafting
• Assist sales on Preparation of tender document / sales quotes
• Assist to follow up with customers on delivery/quotations/accounts receivables
• Prepare reports and documentation with Microsoft excel/words
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers on quotations and follow-up on delivery schedule.
• Maintain project site records such as toolbox meetings record
• Participate on ISO audits/documents
• Stock pantry, water, and stationery supplies
