Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. Singapore seeks a Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in coordinating activities, schedules, and documentation.

You will prepare and manage authority submissions and project-related documentation, coordinate traffic diversions and roadworks, and liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Experience with AutoCAD and technical document updates is preferred, with focus on timely reporting,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, schedules, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage authority submissions and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate traffic diversion, traffic management, roadworks, and infrastructure activities.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare, review, and update AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate technical matters and resolve issues across project teams.
• Track project progress, approvals, submissions, and key deliverables.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on project action items.
