Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in retail, interior design, or lifestyle products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with basic data tracking.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various prospecting and outreach methods.
• Engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored lighting solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
