Job summary

A & B SCAFFOLD ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and grow new leads within the construction sector.

You will develop marketing strategies, create collaterals, and conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors. Responsibilities include liaising with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, owners and designers to meet sales targets, conducting cold calls, presenting at meetings and events, and preparing quotes and

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing roles in construction or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Expand company's customer base, grow new leads and ensure strong company presence in the construction industry.
• Develop marketing strategies and creation of marketing collaterals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, owners and designers to achieve sales target
• Involve in all sales & marketing activities such as conducting cold calls, preparing and carrying out presentations, attending meetings, workshops, seminars and business dinner
• Understand client's requirement and assist in the preparation of sales quotations, tender submission documents, follow ups and securing sales
• Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
• Carry out site visit and work outside the office as required
• Pipeline and forecasting of potential projects to assist Project/Operations with their planning
• Good understanding of company products and services
• Responsible for payment certificate and payment follow-up and collection
