Job summary

ICEMAX SG PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic professional to support sales operations and marketing efforts in Singapore. The role includes handling quotations, invoices, sales agreements, CRM upkeep, and reporting. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams and help plan and execute trade shows and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales support or marketing, is fluent in English, and comfortable with Excel, CRM tools and Canva. Occasional travel to exhibitions is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support, sales operations or marketing, ideally B2B or IT.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience handling quotations, invoices and sales agreements.
• Strong attention to pricing, documents and numbers.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools and content tools such as Canva.
• Experience at trade shows or exhibitions is a plus; travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and manage quotations with accurate pricing and terms.
• Draft, review and manage sales agreements with the sales team.
• Issue invoices and follow up on payments from clients promptly.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline; prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with the China team and internal departments on orders.
• Research events and trade shows; support sales coordination before, during, and after events.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions; booth setup and logistics.
• Attend exhibitions to engage visitors and collect leads for follow-up.
• Manage company social media and LinkedIn; schedule posts.
• Create marketing materials such as social posts, brochures, slides, and displays.
• Support email campaigns, website updates and webinars.
• Track campaign and event results and share updates with the team.

What You'll Do

• Manage the company's social media and LinkedIn page, including scheduling posts
• Create marketing materials such as social posts, brochures, product slides and booth displays
• Support email campaigns, website updates and webinars
• Track campaign and event results, and share updates with the team

What We're Looking For
