Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites applications for a field sales leadership role focused on India. You will recruit and manage a sales team across beedi-producing regions, set KPIs, monitor activities, and drive market expansion through customer engagement and strategic coordination with HQ.

The role requires travel between Singapore and India, with emphasis on FMCG/tobacco sector familiarity and strong English/Hindi/Tamil communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 3 years of sales experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi and/or Tamil for liaising with clients.
• Strong understanding of Indian business environment in FMCG/tobacco.
• Ability to travel frequently between Singapore and India.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Candidates with 3 years of sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi and/or Tamil for liaising with English-speaking and Hindi-speaking and/or Tamil-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Indian business environment or market, particularly within traditional industries such as FMCG, tobacco, or agro-processing.
• Ability to travel frequently between Singapore and India for business purposes.
• Experience in the tobacco, flavours & fragrances, or FMCG raw materials industry is an added advantage.
