Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a field sales leader to recruit and manage a team across India. You will set KPIs, monitor field activities, and build relationships with industry intermediaries to drive market expansion.

The role requires travel between Singapore and India, fluency in English and Hindi and/or Tamil, and a background in FMCG or related sectors. Bachelor's degree or diploma is required.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 3 years sales experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi and/or Tamil for liaising with clients.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and India.
• Experience in tobacco, FMCG or related sectors is an advantage.

• Establish sales KPIs, performance standards, and conversion targets to drive business growth.
• Monitor field activities, including customer visits, sample distribution, and sales conversion outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry intermediaries to expand market reach and customer access.
• Manage key customer accounts and coordinate internal resources to deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, customer preferences, and regulatory developments.
• Provide market insights to support strategic decisions relating to pricing and market expansion.
• Collaborate with headquarters and regional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and effective execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Candidates with 3 years of sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi and/or Tamil for liaising with English-speaking and Hindi-speaking and/or Tamil-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Indian business environment or market, particularly within traditional industries such as FMCG, tobacco, or agro-processing.
• Ability to travel frequently between Singapore and India for business purposes.
• Experience in the tobacco, flavours & fragrances, or FMCG raw materials industry is an added advantage.
