Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive OLED market expansion and revenue growth. You will oversee end-to-end sales, RFQ handling, pricing, and contract negotiations while coordinating with production, operations, and quality teams to ensure a Customer-First approach.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in electronics manufacturing sales, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts across headquarters and regional offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales, preferably in a multinational electronics environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate across HQ, regional offices and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue goals and expand market share within the assigned market segment.
• Lead end-to-end sales process including RFQ, pricing and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
• Act as primary contact for the OLED business, overseeing operational and strategic issues.
• Represent the customer voice internally, coordinating with Production, Operations and Quality for a Customer-First approach.
• Coordinate internal resources to resolve critical issues and improve product delivery.
• Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for smooth transition to mass production.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in corollary markets.
• Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen competitive position and enter new segments.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent


• At least 7 years of relevant Sales experience in a multinational company


• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing or related industry


• Good communication skills & stakeholders management


• Ability to coordinate effectively across Headquarters, regional offices, and cross-functional teams.
