Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Leader for the OLED segment in Singapore. You will drive revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with global HQ and regional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

You will act as the primary liaison for the OLED business, translating customer needs into actionable plans, while identifying new market opportunities and strengthening competitive position across segments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Electrical/Electronic or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in a multinational company.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholders management.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue goals and expand market share within the assigned market segment.
• Lead end-to-end sales process, including RFQ management, pricing, and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the OLED business, overseeing all operational and strategic issues.
• Represent the customer's voice internally, working with Production, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure a 'Customer-First' support system.
• Coordinate internal resources to resolve critical issues and improve overall product delivery.
• Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure a seamless transition from development to mass production.
• Perform regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities in corollary markets.
• Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen competitive position and enter new segments.
