Job summary

Baker Hughes in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager Downstream / Midstream Fuel Additives to lead strategic sales across refining, midstream, and downstream chemicals, engaging executive stakeholders, and expanding our regional footprint.

You will develop and implement plans, identify new customers, manage contracts for profitability, and travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in refining or midstream chemical sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years refining/midstream chemical sales.
• Proven track record of growth (top & bottom line).
• Understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
• Understanding of company products and services.
• 50% business travel required.
• Excellent business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and tactical sales plans aligned with customer business plans.
• Ensure sales campaigns align with company objectives.
• Identify and engage new strategic customers.
• Build relationships with key customers at corporate and regional offices.
• Perform portfolio management to understand customer needs.
• Apply innovative ideas to gain competitive advantage.
• Manage contracts to maximize profitability and monitor expenditures.
