Job summary

Baker Hughes Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Planner to manage transportation and related logistics for chemical products within our manufacturing operations.

You will lead end-to-end logistics, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes. The role requires a strong safety and regulatory mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and 3–5 years of relevant experience in chemical logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional logistics experience in chemical manufacturing or hazardous materials.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulations and transport licensing for chemical logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex tasks independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics solutions to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Control and optimize logistics expenditures within budgets.
• Propose continuous improvements for supply chain methods and workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders on service design.
• Collaborate as a core team member on strategic supply chain and operations projects.
