The role includes managing existing customer accounts, following up on enquiries to ensure satisfaction, and preparing accurate quotations while negotiating service contracts to secure business agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities to expand market reach
• Promote cleaning services effectively to residential and commercial clients to increase sales
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts by following up on enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate service contracts to secure business agreements
• Coordinate with the operations team to communicate customer requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship management
