We are looking for an Operations Executive to act as the communication hub between management, carpentry teams, and interior design partners, ensuring every project runs smoothly from measurement through to installation. You will coordinate daily communications, site measurements, client discussions, and supplier orders, with bilingual English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
• Hands-on and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Prior experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication across project groups between management, carpenters, and interior designers.
• Schedule site measurements and drawings discussion appointments with clients.
• Attend project discussions and site meetings to track scope and add-on requests.
• Relay material and ordering instructions from carpenters to suppliers.
• Provide communication support to carpenters when liaising with designers or clients.
• Escalate issues to management when beyond routine coordination.
• Provide daily progress updates and reporting to management.
• Assist with driver and team scheduling as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to communicate clearly and professionally in both
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both in-office and occasionally on-site or at interior design offices
• Prior experience inconstruction, renovation, or project coordination is a plus but not essential
