VIP Care Inc in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales leader to create development plans, forecast sales targets, and identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and events.

You will meet clients, build positive relationships, liaise with marketing, prepare financial projections, attend exhibitions, present sales forecasts to management, and recruit and coach the sales team to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of offline Sales experience from an e-commerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team
• Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
• Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment
