Job summary

IX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales professional to generate new business for Data Centre maintenance or contract works. You will service existing accounts to ensure contract renewals and drive growth through strategic opportunity development.

You will plan and execute sales action plans, coordinate with the technical team to fulfil contracts, and travel to meet customers in Malaysia and Vietnam as needed.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical related field.
• Min. 2 years sales experience in Mechanical and Electrical environments.
• Willingness to travel to Malaysia and Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• To generate new businesses for maintenance or contract works for Data Centre.
• To service existing customers' account to ensure contract renewal with the company.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target.
• To understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor team member to maximize sales revenue and meet sales target.
• Travel to meet up with customers.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects & follow-up on prospects.
• Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
• Prepare costing and quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team on fulfilment of sales contract secured.
• Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical related field.
• Min. 2 years relevant sales experience in Mechanical and Electrical environment.
• Knowledge in Data Centre will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate well with both internal & external customers.
• Able to travel overseas to countries like Malaysia and Vietnam.
