Job summary

e-solutions electrical pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage and develop retail and business sales activities in Singapore. You will attend to customer enquiries, understand requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and accessories.

You will build relationships with retail customers, contractors and B2B clients, monitor sales performance, prepare reports and support the team with CRM and digital tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Good communication, customer service and relationship management skills.
• Able to manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales follow-up independently.
• Good analytical and organisational skills with the ability to monitor sales performance and identify business opportunities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, digital communication platforms and CRM or sales tracking systems.

• Ensure consistent product information, pricing, quotations and customer service across different sales channels.
• Use digital and AI tools such as ChatGPT to support customer communication, product descriptions, sales materials and business reporting.
