A3 Engineering & Construction PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager for Construction/ACMV/M&E to grow our project pipeline and nurture client relationships across building services sectors.

You will lead business development activities, attend site visits, coordinate with clients, estimators and site teams, and prepare quotations and tender submissions to win repeat and new business while ensuring project alignment with client requirements.

Sales Manager – Construction / ACMV / M&E

Scope of Work

• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain existing client accounts.
• Support business development activities for construction, ACMV, M&E and building services projects.
• Attend site visits to understand project requirements and existing site conditions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal site teams.
• Assist in preparing quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and tender submissions.
• Identify additional works, variation works and potential new project opportunities.
• Support project coordination from award stage through completion.
• Maintain client relationships and promote repeat business and maintenance opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential and existing clients for new business opportunities.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, site inspections and project discussions.
• Collect site information, measurements, drawings and other details required for quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with the estimation, engineering and site teams on project requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations based on client requirements and project scope.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotation status, clarifications and negotiations.
• Assist in reviewing project scope, specifications and tender requirements.
• Coordinate approved additional works and variation quotations with the site team.
• Monitor ongoing projects from the sales and client coordination perspective.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, tenders and project status.
• Address client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
• Support project handover and follow up on outstanding client requirements.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat projects.
• Prepare regular sales and business development updates for management.
