Job summary

PVA TePla Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an organized coordinator to support our tool and after-sales business in Singapore, coordinating orders, sourcing and logistics across internal teams. You will follow up on purchase orders, delivery timelines, and service requests for the Singapore market.

Under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager you will grow into business development and technical solutioning, while also assisting regional marketing initiatives, including trade show coordination

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up with customers and internal suppliers on purchase orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales service requests for the Singapore market.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare customer quotation and support process customer order
• Track shipments and documentation end-to-end, flagging delays or compliance issues proactively.
• Research and identify engineering projects and prospective clients across Singapore's semiconductor and industrial sectors.
• Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to understand client technical requirements and help recommend suitable tool solutions and customizations.
• Build product and industry knowledge overtime to represent PVA TePla confidently in client conversations, with structured mentorship and training support.
• Coordinate with the Germany head office on exhibition and trade show requirements for the Asia region.
• Support the review and proofreading of company website content to help ensure our brand is presented accurately and professionally.
