Bellezza Aesthetics is seeking a visionary Sales Manager to lead the growth of our new outlets in Singapore. You will build and coach a high-performing sales team while expanding market share across premium aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales leadership experience in aesthetics, beauty or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Willingness to travel between outlets to ensure sales excellence.

Responsibilities

• Launch & Lead: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team for new outlets.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to smash revenue targets and capture market share.
• High-Touch Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with a discerning clientele and identify VIP opportunities.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to refine sales scripts and closing techniques.
