Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare or wellness.
Proven track record of achieving strong personal sales targets.
Strong consultation, closing, upselling and high‑ticket sales skills.
Experience serving high‑end, high spending clientele with personalised service.
Excellent communication; able to engage English and Mandarin speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Drive personal and team sales to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct professional consultations and recommend aesthetic, beauty and skincare treatments.
Close, upsell and convert high‑value packages.
Serve premium clientele with a high level of service and attention.
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and referrals.
Coach and motivate Sales Consultants to improve consultation and closing performance.
Support team members in handling important customers and high‑value sales.
Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to maximise opportunities.
Lead by example through strong personal sales performance.
