Job summary

Elysian Design Studio, based in Singapore, is seeking a Sales interior designer for a full-time role in the Lavender Central Region. You will consult with clients, develop design concepts, and prepare proposals to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

The role combines design excellence with sales acumen, offering coaching, incentives, and a clear promotion pathway within a collaborative environment.

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Elysian Design Studio as a Sales interior designer. In this full-time role based in the Lavender Central Region, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional interior design solutions to our valued clients. As a sales-focused designer, your strategic approach and client-centric mindset will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

1. Consult with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences

2. Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts that meet the client's needs

3. Prepare detailed design proposals, including mood boards, space planning, and 3D Modeling

4. Liaise with clients to refine and finalise the design, ensuring their satisfaction

5. Collaborate with the vendors to ensure successful implementation of the design

6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and delivery process

7. Contribute to the company's sales and revenue targets through your design expertise

What we're looking for

1. With or without relevant experience is welcome!

2. Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate

3. Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, and SketchUp are bonus!

4. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills to juggle multiple projects

5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, functional spaces

6. An unwavering commitment to continuous improvement
