Job summary

Crédit Agricole in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support for the Distribution and Wealth Sales team. You will handle ad hoc client requests relating to prospectuses, factsheets, dividend history, marketing materials, deliveries, and logistics with Sales and Marketing.

You will prepare customized sales materials using Morningstar, Bloomberg and other data sources to enhance product pitches, and ensure correct entries in MyCRM for client contacts and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle ad hoc client requests relating to prospectus, factsheet, dividend history, marketing materials, deliveries, and logistics with the Sales and Marketing team.
• Prepare customized sales materials using Morningstar, Bloomberg and other data sources to improve product pitches.
• Ensure correct entries in MyCRM for all client contacts and pipelines.
• Represent the Sales team to work with Marketing & Product teams on fund launches’ execution in terms of printing, preparation of sales materials, improvement of customized materials.
• Work with Morningstar to customise our South Africa market intelligence peer comparison.
• Help the sales team with logistical preparations during client conferences and roadshows.
• Prepare and circulate concise meeting summaries which capture key discussion points, decisions and follow-ups.

• To prepare customized sales materials using Morningstar, Bloomberg and other data sources to improve product pitches.
• To ensure correct entries in MyCRM for all client contacts & pipelines.
• To represent the Sales team to work with the Marketing & Product teams on fund launches’ execution in terms of printing, preparation of sales materials, improvement of customized materials.
