Job Description:

• Develop new business / account and maintain existing clients though telemarketing or sending email.
• Promote total HR solution service such as Placement service, Temporary Staffing service, HR management service and Outsourcing service.
• Provide good customer service and build good rapport with clients.
• Visit clients for meeting.
• Provide clients with latest employment market information and consultation.
• Support organizing client seminar.
• Create/update presentation materials, brochure or any other sales tools when necessary (both in Japanese and English).
• Plan client marketing strategy.
• Liaise with overseas group offices and Japan team.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated, target-oriented with positive mindset
• Min 1 year of B to B sales experience preferably
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Has good business manner in order to communicate with management level of people
• Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Business level of English in order to liaise with English Speaking clients
• Business level of Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.
• Team player

• PC skill especially Power Point skill
• CEI certified will be advantageous
