Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive for Construction/Fire Protection to develop new business, manage client accounts, and close sales in Singapore. The role requires a technical diploma, B2B sales experience, and the ability to meet targets through site visits and presentations.

Based in Ubi Crescent, the position offers a permanent, onsite role with a competitive package including allowances, bonus potential, and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or other relevant technical qualification.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in building materials, construction or technical products is an advantage.
• Able to learn technical product information and work towards sales targets.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a car for customer and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage company-provided leads and customer accounts.
• Meet customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable passive fire protection and building-material solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and support product specification and approval processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and other project stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, handle customer enquiries and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Monitor sales activities, follow up on payments and achieve assigned sales targets.
