Job summary

GX TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a customer-focused furniture sales professional to engage walk-in, online, and phone enquiries, and to understand customer needs.

You will recommend suitable furniture and customised solutions, provide pricing and quotations, coordinate with internal teams for delivery, and help build long-term customer relationships.

The role requires good English and Chinese communication, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture, renovation, interior design, retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
• Read and write in English and Chinese for correspondence with customers and suppliers.
• Positive attitude, responsible and quick to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers, online enquiries and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture or customised furniture solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, quotations and basic advice to customers.
• Assist customers mainly with wardrobe, cabinet and customised furniture enquiries.
• Follow up with customers closely and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

• Liaise with customers regarding product details, dimensions, colours, materials and order progress.
• Use basic AutoCAD knowledge to assist with simple furniture layout or cabinet drawings when required.
