Job summary

GOLDLION ENTERPRISE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a capable Operations and Sales Coordinator. You will oversee daily operations, manage distributor relationships, and supervise promoters to achieve sales targets.

The role requires travel across Singapore to visit outlets and events, with strong English and Mandarin communication skills and retail experience. Candidates should have a diploma or O level and be proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently to achieve business objectives.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors and key partners.

Maintaining and in charge of whole sales distribution.

Plan and execute in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, and sales events.

Lead and supervise promoters to achieve sales target and promotional objectives.

Monitor and manage stock levels, making key decisions on inventory control.

Maintaining awareness on market trends within the retail industry, anticipate customer initiatives and track competitors' activities.

Travel across Singapore to visit retail outlets, distributors, and event location.

Requirements

• Min 'O' Level or Diploma qualification.
• Experience in retail sales, experience in fashion retail and external sales events is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in both English & Mandarin.
• Good numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Singapore.
• Good communication, interpersonal, time management, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Positive working attitude with a proactive and resilient mindset.
