GREEN ZENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and oversee day-to-day coordination of servicing operations.

You will build strong relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and service proposals, and work closely with technicians to update on progress and delivery. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required, with strong communication and self-motivation.

We are a growing company in the ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) industry, providing reliable servicing and engineering solutions to our customers.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to develop sales opportunities and oversee the day-to-day coordination of our servicing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and understand their servicing or project requirements.

• Conduct follow-ups with customers on quotations, service recommendations, and outstanding proposals.

• Prepare quotations, service proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.

• Coordinate and oversee the daily scheduling of the servicing team.

• Ensure service appointments, repair works, and customer requests are followed through promptly.

• Work closely with technicians to obtain job updates and communicate progress to customers.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related matters professionally.

• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product availability, pricing, and delivery information when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, sales activities, and service jobs.

• Support promotional activities and prepare simple marketing materials when required.

• Provide regular updates to management on sales opportunities and servicing operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, service coordination, or a related role is preferred.

• Experience in the air-conditioning, ACMV, M&E, engineering, or building-services industry will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, customer-service, and follow-up skills.

• Able to coordinate technicians and manage multiple customer requests effectively.

• Self-motivated, organised, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable preparing quotations, proposals, and basic presentation materials.
