Job summary

Index-Cool Group in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales professional to drive revenue in the AC/HVAC sector, develop new customers, maintain long-term relationships, and work effectively with the team.

You will prepare quotations, participate in negotiations, track orders through delivery and payment collection, conduct market surveys, and maintain market information and customer databases. You must be team-oriented with strong communication skills. Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in AC/HVAC/ACMV or related industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and develop new customers and business.
• Contact customers, prepare quotations, and participate in negotiations.
• Track customer orders through delivery and payment collection.
• Conduct market surveys and manage market information and customer databases.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management.

• Responsible for the sales of the company product, development of new customers and new business, and maintain relationship with customers.
• Responsible for contacting customers, preparing quotations, and participating in business negotiations.
• Responsible for tracking customer orders until delivery and payment collection.
• Conduct market survey, market information, and customer database files.
• Perform any other tasks as and when required by management and superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related field or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in AC/HVAC/ACMV industry or related field.

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
