Job summary

LES TECH BUILDING MATERIALS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-oriented sales assistant to greet walk-in customers, provide product knowledge, and help drive sales. You will handle invoices, arrange deliveries, and process payments while supporting after-sales service.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong communication and teamwork skills. A six-day work week and on-site role are expected.

Qualifications

• Walk-in customers require friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service with knowledge of product.

• Follow up on due payments from customers.
• Manage display items as directed by manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Preferred

• Prior experience in industry is an advantage.
• Strong motivation in sales, shows good competency in communication and handling customers' matters.
• Good team-player, has a pleasant personality and willingness to learn more on the job.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Able to work six days a week on rotation, including public holidays.
• Bilingual who can speak Chinese and English.
