Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Familiar with digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on parents' enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Drive student enrolment and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and content marketing.
• Build partnerships with schools, organisations, and corporate partners to expand enrolment channels.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaigns, and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy engaging with parents, building relationships, and driving enrolment through creative marketing strategies, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Location: Islandwide

Basic Salary: Up to $3,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on parents' enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media platforms, and walk-in visits.
• Drive student enrolment and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, and content marketing.
• Build strategic partnerships with schools, organisations, and corporate partners to expand enrolment channels.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results, and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and conversion

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
