Job summary

POWERPLUS GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to generate new opportunities in heavy equipment for construction and mining, and to build strong client rapport through top-notch pre- and after-sales support.

You will analyze competitors' products, follow up on inquiries, prepare proforma invoices and technical specifications, and ensure timely reports to Management. This role requires at least O Levels; a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is

Qualifications

• Min. O Levels, but candidates with Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering would have an advantage.
• Performance-driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities for heavy equipment (construction and mining).
• Liaise and build strong rapport with new/existing clients by providing excellent pre and after-sales support.
• Analyze competitors' products and implement effective sales strategies.
• Follow-up with customers’ inquiries, feedback and emails.
• Prepare proforma invoices and technical specifications to customers.
• Monitor and enforce debt collection from customers to minimize credit risks.
• Prepare and submit daily sales activities report and bi-weekly sales reports to the Management.
• Perform full spectrum of sales activities and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
